Sure. However, this problem is not because of the GUI, does it ? I
feel that for a beginner it's just hard to get when/why they need a
message sent to an object or an object result sent to another object.
Thus I'm not sure making the GUI more distinctive will solve the
problem. It won't hurt though, so it's still a good thing. That said,
maybe I'm just biased by my personal experience - my Max teaching
experience being surely yet limited.

Actually, if I were to complain, that would about this. I'm not that
much bothered with round corners. However, I got the feeling that the
colored/borderless frame make the so-called blurry effect more
annoying than it is. Maybe if it was thinner readability would be
improved ? Just wondering, I just spend couple of minutes here and
then on Max 5 so I'll see how I deal with this when I make some
serious patching when I have some free time.
