Who am I to argue with the author of The Republic?
The survey in Cognitive Daily is unfortunately Euro-centric, ignoring
rÄga and other emotionally charged pitch-class sets, never mind the
effects of tempo, instrumentation, style, delivery, and everything

perspective. Nevertheless, the loci of neural activity make an
interesting phenomenon.
