RE: (amb) What other music do you listen to?
Well, for me, I have no real schedule. It all stems from my mood.
Strangely, over the past 5 or so years my music listening has been =
thinning
out and erratic. I just can never place my finger on what it is I'm in =
the
mood for. It.s like the itch I can.t scratch. That's one thing I've
disliked about the whole mp3 thing: before I would sit at my CD rack =
looking
at the CDs indecisively, now I can go through all the mp3s 5 seconds at =
a
time going "no...no...no..." Ambient is usually good at these times, it
fills in the spaces nicely. =20

It seems as if a lot of people on this list actually listen to a pretty=20
wide variety of music (and most of it not even that similar to ambient).
What this makes me curious to know is how does ambient fit into the=20
listening schedule for most of you, as opposed to the other kinds of=20
music you listen to?
